Joseph Ternullo, JD, MPH, is Associate Director of the Center for Connected Health at Partners HealthCare. He’s the founder and organizing chair of the annual Connected Health Symposium, a preeminent international event for innovators operating at the crossroads of the Internet, mobile communications and health. Joe advises the US Commerce Dept. on international trade and the X PRIZE Foundation on its $10M Tricorder Competition for transforming healthcare. He sits on the review panel for the One in a Million Hearts Challenge run by the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT, and serves on the boards of the Mass Technology Leadership Council, Mass. Health Quality Partners and Harvard Club of the North Shore.
Co-author of the chapter on electronic health records for the upcoming 10th edition of Problems in HealthCare Law, Joe teaches healthcare informatics law at Northeastern University and holds degrees from BC, Bentley, BU and Harvard.
